2015 was a spectacular year for me! I went to New York City, Orlando, Montreal and Detroit. I performed in the Girlesque Expo, the Toronto Burlesque Festival and Pride Toronto. I got three new tattoos including a BFF tattoo with Betty Quirk. I watched one of my best friends get married. I launched Dolly Shots Photography. But most importantly I had a blast doing all these things with my fabulous friends.
The theme of this year for me was Girl Power! I continue to surround myself with the smartest, funniest and coolest group of gals who are constantly inspiring me. They are loving and supportive and always there to give advice, encouragement or share a cute cat photo! I feel so lucky and blessed to have these women in my life.
I have big plans ahead for next year! Stay tuned for more fabulousness in 2016!

2015 has been a year of new ventures and creative exploration for me. Launching Dolly Shots has been such a wonderful way for me to explore portrait photography and share my passion with the help of my beautiful friends who have modeled for me. While I know that I still have so much to learn I am happy with the images I have been able to put out so far. Happier still to see how much joy it brings my models when they receive their finished photos!
Recently I decided to take my creative vision to the next level and organize a photoshoot with a specific theme that has always captivated me. I gathered some gorgeous gals who also wanted to explore this theme and over the next few months you will see the fruits of this labour.
Bringing together a 1960s aesthetic, Russ Meyer influence and playful whimsy with a splash of vodka, I would like to present my Valley of the Dolly Shots Gals. Stay tuned in 2016 for more photos of these buxom bombshells…
The vivacious vixen Meryle Trouble is the model of the week. Meryle is a talented actor and singer with lots of voice work under her belt. If you want to hear that her sexy voice in action she is currently starring in two cartoons Crack Duck and Parenthesis Humor. You can hear her in both these series on Adult Swim [Canada]’s show Night Sweats, which will soon be airing on Adult Swim [US].
Meryle is also taking painting commissions and will be selling pre-made paintings through her website starting in the next few weeks. Follow Meryle on Instagram and Twitter for more updates!

I always get excited to have the gorgeous Zilly Lilly featured here. She is such a drop dead beauty and boy does she prove it in this devious photoset. Zilly is of course one of our city’s top Nerdlesque performers and will be shaking her icy bits at the Game of Thrones burlesque show this Sunday November 29th. On September 25th at the Great Hall in Toronto myself and my lovely burlesque buddies debuted a new act for the Super Smash Bra Nerdlesque show! Peepshow TO put on this fun Nintendo themed show with acts featuring your favourite Nintendo characters. Our group chose to represent Pokemon with an act inspired by Eevee and her evolutions Flareon and Vaporeon. In this act Flareon (Delicia Pastiche) and Vaporeon (Henrietta VIII) are fighting over what type of Pokemon Eevee (myself) should evolve into. After showing me the basics of pokemon stripping I decide not to choose either and instead become a Jolteon!

My second spooky babe of the week is Miss Betty Quirk!
Burlesque performer and Co-Producer of Peepshow TO, Betty Quirk has been thrilling audiences with one of her signature acts as Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice. I finally had the chance recently to capture some photos of her in this phenomenal costume with her Sand Worm hand puppet. If you want to see Betty perform this act and others, you can catch in her Yellowknife on Halloween at the Movie Madness Burlesque Show. Now please enjoy these photos of Betty Quirk as Lydia Deetz!
It’s almost Halloween and it’s going to be a double whammy week, with 2 themed photosets!
My gorgeous friend Sam and I collaborated on another fantastic dress for her collection. This spider web print was the perfect fabric for her halloween look. We took a little trip to the cemetery to take some spooky shots!
My beautiful, talented friend Meryle Trouble is the Dolly Shots model of the week! Merlye is a fantastic singer, dancer, voice actor and generally creative person. We shot a ton of stuff together during our most recent photoshoot and here is just a taste from our collaboration. Enjoy!
