2015 has been a year of new ventures and creative exploration for me. Launching Dolly Shots has been such a wonderful way for me to explore portrait photography and share my passion with the help of my beautiful friends who have modeled for me. While I know that I still have so much to learn I am happy with the images I have been able to put out so far. Happier still to see how much joy it brings my models when they receive their finished photos!
Recently I decided to take my creative vision to the next level and organize a photoshoot with a specific theme that has always captivated me. I gathered some gorgeous gals who also wanted to explore this theme and over the next few months you will see the fruits of this labour.
Bringing together a 1960s aesthetic, Russ Meyer influence and playful whimsy with a splash of vodka, I would like to present my Valley of the Dolly Shots Gals. Stay tuned in 2016 for more photos of these buxom bombshells…
I always get excited to have the gorgeous Zilly Lilly featured here. She is such a drop dead beauty and boy does she prove it in this devious photoset. Zilly is of course one of our city’s top Nerdlesque performers and will be shaking her icy bits at the Game of Thrones burlesque show this Sunday November 29th. Click here to purchase tickets for A Clash of G-Strings: Burlesque Inspired by Game Of Thrones. Please enjoy these Dolly Shots of Zilly Lilly…
Burlesque babe and hula-hooper extraordinaire Rubie Magnitude is the model of the week! Donning a gorgeous red lingerie set from Secrets From Your Sister, the lovely Rubie looks sensual and sweet. Rubie was a smash hit this past weekend at the Toronto Burlesque Festival, where she debuted a new act in which she multi-tasked hula hooping and feather fan dancing! I am thrilled to welcome Rubie to the Dolly Shots portfolio with her first set of portraits. Enjoy!
I am beyond excited to share this set of photos with you from my second epic photoshoot as photographer for Dolly Shots!
First up is the fabulous, fun, effervescent Zilly Lilly! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this gal. Besides being the kind of beauty that you just can’t help staring at, Zilly is a passionate person, immersing herself completely in everything she does. She is a fireball of energy and endless creativity. If you want to see that creativity in action you can catch Zilly at the Toronto Burlesque Festival this weekend for their Pop Culture night on Saturday.
I love the personality that Zilly brought to her first photo set and I hope you enjoy looking at these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
