As a refreshing change of pace for this week’s photoset I have a dashing young fellow to feature; Boylesque sensation Dr. Orifice!

This bendy, bodacious boy has been bringing his ridiculous sense of humour to stages across Toronto. Dr. Orifice recently debuted a Ned Flanders act at PeepshowTO‘s Simpsons parody show and will soon be bringing another new act to PeepshowTO’s next production. Comic Strip-Off: A Marvel vs DC Burlesque Parody takes place on October 6th at the Great Hall in Toronto.

In a shocking twist this week I am serving up a big slice of Beefcake! The sweetest person I know, Sky Blew, and I collaborated on some deliciously seductive photos to show off this boylesquer’s incredible assets. Sky is a multitalented performer who can be seen doing burlesque, drag (as Dixie Rect) and even shadow casting with Toronto’s Rocky Horror Picture Show troupe, Exited Mental State. Burlesque Photoshoot

Myself and three of my best gal pals (Betty Quirk, Meryle Trouble and Sevvy Skellington) had an amazing photo shoot on Sunday with up and coming photographer extraordinaire Haley Friesen as part of her thesis project. I can’t say much more except that the shoot was burlesque themed and we were asked to stick with a pale pink/blue colour pallet. We each put our own spin on the theme and we ended up with some really fun outfits. We were also joined by dancer/boylesque newbie Dante Him, who added some masculine energy (and buttocks) to our very girly shoot. I’m so excited to see the final photo results.
