Today’s post is a bit of a tease from my latest photoshoot with Lunar Replicant. We had such a lovely time at this shoot and I can’t wait to share more, but for now here’s a hint of our first photoset. This red, lace robe is a piece I made many years ago and the panties are from Bettie Page Lingerie. My heart necklace is from Rosita Bonita.
We are so lucky to have yet another lovely photoset starring the incomparable, curvy beauty, Natasha, this week!! She’s decked the halls and now she’s ready to be the belle of the ball in these New Years themed photos!
2018 has been a transitional year. It has been the uncomfortable growing stage in between leaving a past self behind and becoming a new creature. It has been hard and it has been a journey but ultimately it has been worth it.
The biggest change in my life this year was leaving my soul-sucking, 9-5 office job for a more creative career path. I have had some of my best photoshoots, both in front of and behind the camera and worked with a whole plethora of new and wonderful people! I made a fabulous new costume for one of my favourite performers, Laura Desiree. I celebrated the marriage of two of my dearest friends. I got a new, badass tattoo of my idol Tura Satana from my girl Suspiria! And to top off the whole year I move back into my apartment after nearly a year of extensive renovations!
I am now in the process of setting up Dolly Shots Studio for 2019 and I am so excited to share it with you! Stay tuned next year for lots more fabulous-ity and beauty!
Happy New Year!!

I was so thrilled to work with the fabulous Gloomth & The Cult of the Melancholy again to shoot this gorgeous red, velvet, Dracula’s Bride dress! This would be wonderful outfit to wear for your holiday parties this year so get yours today! Check out all the beautiful designs from Gloomth!
Thanks to the wonderful Stacey Naglie for another beautiful photoset!
Stacey is an incredible lifestyle photographer who shoots everything from weddings and engagement photos, family and children’s portraits, professional headshots and so much more! I highly recommend her if you are looking to book a session as she is so easy to work with, gives really great direction and produces amazing results!
Earlier this year I got together with my wonderfully talented friend, Stacey Naglie to shoot some very glamourous looks! I am so thrilled with the results and I hope you enjoy them too!
This week I have another lovely photoset for you from my shoot with Gloomth & The Cult of the Melancholy! This time I am donning the “Vintage Toys” skater dress. The incredible prints used in these dresses were designed by Gloomth’s Taeden Hall from a composite of her own found objects. I am so blown away by the creativity she brings to Gloomth through her designs, drawings, and photography. Taeden is truly a multitalented creator with an unending supply of twisted ideas and it’s always such a joy to work with her!
I’ve been a busy bee for the past few months doing lots of shoots, both in front of and behind the camera, and I’m ready to get back to posting regularly here at Classically Curvy!
To start off, I had a lovely time modelling for the alternative fashion brand Gloomth & The Cult of the Melancholy in a few of their classic skater style dresses. The first look was this whimsical “Doll Hospital” dress. We were lucky enough to find the perfect setting in front of an out of commission ambulance to shoot this look.
Well hunnies, it’s been a very busy year so far and it’s time I took a little break. For the month of August I’ll be hitting the pause button and won’t be doing any blog updates. If you’re missing me, don’t fret! I will continue to update you on my life on my personal Instagram and on the Dolly Shots Instagram too!
Enjoy the summer sun and I’ll see you in September with lots of new content!!
